Headquartered in Los Angeles, The Mas Group ™ has systems and processes which permits us to manage projects nationwide. Nevertheless, we are selective and will only invest in competitive markets which meet our acquisition criteria. Currently, our target markets include areas within:

What is the minimum investment I can make on a property?
The minimum investments we accept is $50,000. In some cases, such as ground-up development opportunities, we may increase the minimum investment to $100,000
How long will it take for me to see a return on my investment?
All of our opportunities have a stabilizing period of approximately 6 months in which we transition ownership, raise rents, initiate value-add strategy, etc…Distributions will then commence on a quarterly basis.
